- Are these original photos?
Yes. They are all taken from our professional photographers. You will only find these pictures at Letter Perspectives.
- Where are the photos taken?
Our photos were taken in a variety of settings. They are predominantly from the United States.
- Do you offer color photographs?
Currently we only offer black and white and sepia colored photos.
- What is the size of the finished frame?
Our standard frames measure approximately 15 inches tall by 39 inches wide. Our Premium Frame measures approximately 19 inches tall by 43 inches wide. The interior dimensions of each frame are 1 foot tall by 3 feet wide, and the photo size depends on the length of the word being spelled: 8x10 (3-4 letters), 5x7 (5-6 letters), 4x6 (7-8 letters), or 3x5 (9-11 letters).
- I'm getting an error when I try to make my own design. Why?

- Are your mats acid free?
Yes. We want to ensure a lifelong keepsake for our customers so we only use the highest of quality. This will keep your mat from "browning" over time.
- What kind of paper are the prints printed on?
We print all of our prints at a professional lab that inspects the color quality on every picture.
Order Questions
- What's the status of my order?
Sign in and click the order history button for an update on the status of your order.
- Will you send me an e-mail after I order?
Yes. You should recieve an e-mail within 30 minutes of your order.
- How much do the signs cost?
We charge a flat price of $159.95 for classic framed signs with 3-11 letters. If you order a Premium Frame, the total price is $287.95 for any word from 3-11 letters.
- What if I don't order a frame?
If you just order the pictures, we will send them to you in a photo envelope ready for you to matt and frame.
- What size are the letter photos?
If you just order the pictures without a frame they will be 5x7 unless you request otherwise. If you have a frame they will either be 8x10 (3-4 letters), 5x7 (5-6 letters), 4x6 (7-8 letters), or 3x5 (9-11 letters).
- How big is the frame?
For 3-11 photos the standard frames are 39 inches by 15 inches (36x12 inside dimensions).
- What if I want more than 11 photos?

- Can I order by phone?
Please call our toll-free number (888) 822-9742 and press 3 for Customer Service. If you receive a voicemail, please be sure to leave a number where you can be easily reached and we will take the order over the phone. Please have your credit card available and a general idea of which pictures you would like.
- Can I have my order rushed?
We can rush production of your order for a $25 fee. If you would like rushed shipping, there will be additional shipping charges as well. Email customerservice@letterperspectives.com or call (888) 822-9742 and speak to a customer service representative.
- Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes. Letterperspectives.com uses 128-bit encryption technology. After the transfer of your card, the information is not even stored on the Letterperspectives.com server. Security is our highest priority.
- Do you offer gift certificates?
You bet we do! Just click the gift certificate link.
- What is your return policy?
If there is nothing wrong with the product (damage), then you can return your product within 14 days. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee and forfeit shipping charges. If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item if it is damaged otherwise the item will not be replaced.
- Do you have a catalog?

- Can I pay with a check through the mail?
No, but you can pay via electronic check via PayPal at checkout.

Shipping Questions
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive unless you live outside the United States-then it will take an additional week or so for delivery. Please contact us if you have a special shipping need and we will do our best to accommodate.
- How much does shipping and handling (S/H) cost?
We charge $14.95 for every sign you order. This covers the shipping costs as well as the packing material to protect the sign. There will be an extra charge to all Canadian orders and additional charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and for the heavier Premium Frames.
- Do you ship internationally?
We currently just ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
- How do you ship your orders?
We ship via FedEx Ground from Tucson, AZ.
- Is there a tracking number for my order?]
You will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
- Do you have different shipping options?
